Prime Memberships are activated immediately upon payment receipt. However, if you feel that you made a mistake in applying for the membership and want to cancel it, you must mail us within 36 hours of making the payment.
Your payment will be refunded in the same way you made it, usually within the next 5-7 working days, provided you have not initiated any further action or availed yourself of any services based on the membership.
This includes any referral earnings or APP download exclusively meant for Prime Members.
